Last Minute Holidays to Act on Virgin Holidays

The rumour mill tells us that Last Minute, the Last Minute Holidays company is taking legal action against Virgin Holidays for using a web site that mentions last minute in its title, yet it is a redirect to the Virgin Holidays web site.

How far this Last Minute Holidays action against Virgin Holidays goes will be interesting to see. I guess after both companies have received enough press from it, the web site will be taken down and all will be happy with the free advertising.

However, we rank well for Last Minute Cruises, we also have a page attacking the search term; does the action taken by Last Minute Holidays suggest that we are doing something wrong? Have we crossed the trademark line? Time will tell.
